Civil Litigation Solicitor

Service Care Solutions are currently working alongside a thrilling local authority based in South Yorkshire. They are looking for a Civil Litigation Solicitor to join their expanding legal team. This role pays a competitive rate of:

PAYE (Inc.Hol) - £44.50 - £48.89 per hour  
Umbrella - £50-£55 per hour

Responsibilities as a Civil Litigation Solicitor:

• Able to handle high caseload in Litigation cases from start to completion.
• Preparing Legal documents and correspondence.
• To be responsible for giving legal advice, drafting documents, conducting litigation and undertaking advocacy.
• Responsible for conduct of litigation (including advocacy)

About you as a Civil Litigation Lawyer:

• A qualified Solicitor with at least 3 years of experience in Litigation law
• Drafting Legal documents to a high-quality standard
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
