Location: Eastleigh and Surrounding Areas
Employment Type: Contract (3 months)
Salary: £13.45 per hour PAYE (including holiday pay) | £17.26 per hour Ltd via Umbrella (weekly pay)

Service Care Construction is currently recruiting for a dedicated Cleaner to join a reputable housing association based in Eastleigh, Hampshire. This role offers the potential to transition into a permanent position following an initial 3-month contract. Candidate Responsibilities – Cleaner

As a Cleaner, your main duties will include:

• Cleaning communal areas within residential blocks of flats
• Sweeping, vacuuming, washing floors, walls, ceilings, doors, and other fixtures and fittings
• Removing small dumped items and managing bin bags in designated collection areas
• Reporting large items for bulk removal
• Litter picking around communal spaces
• Carpet cleaning in residential areas
• Driving to various locations across Eastleigh and surrounding regions to carry out cleaning duties, utilizing provided company Van
• Assisting with general maintenance and ensuring health and safety standards are maintained

Candidate Requirements

• Full UK Driving License (essential) - access to a van will be provided
• Previous cleaning experience preferred but not essential
• Reliable and punctual with good attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
