About the Role – Client Services Administrator
As a Client Services Administrator, you will play a vital role in the smooth operation of our financial practice. Your responsibilities will include managing client inquiries, processing new business, and maintaining accurate records. You will work closely with clients, internal teams, and external partners to ensure a high level of service delivery. Your contribution will directly impact the client experience, fostering trust and confidence.
Candidate Responsibilities – Client Services Administrator
- Processing new business from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Preparing detailed client meeting packs
- Handling Letters of Authority, including processing and chasing
- Submitting applications and advice sets efficiently
- Maintaining and updating client information accurately
- Establishing and nurturing effective relationships with clients and internal teams
- Liaising with Head Office and Admin centres to coordinate activities
- Overseeing incoming funds and handling client requests such as withdrawals
- Managing fund switches and sending corresponding letters
- Providing regular updates to clients on investment progress and transfers
- Engaging in basic marketing activities and managing social media presence

- Salary up to £38,000 dependent on experience
- Hybrid working model (3 days in the office, 2 days from home)
- 24 days of annual leave, plus an additional birthday day off
- Discretionary leave over the festive period (“Eves”) each year
- Death in service cover (4x salary)
- Early finish at 3:00 pm every other Friday
- Additional annual leave accrued for 5+ and 10+ years of service
