Are you passionate about providing excellent client communication and ensuring tasks are completed accurately, on time and in line with process? As a Client Services Manager, you’ll be the key support for Financial Planners—helping deliver a smooth, high-quality client experience across every interaction.
Candidate Responsibilities
- Act as the friendly, professional Client Services Manager point of contact for clients and enquiries via phone, email and in person
- Be the first point of contact for incoming calls, meeting and greeting clients and guests, and ensuring the office is prepared (e.g., meeting rooms)
- Coordinate client meetings and actively manage the diary and workload of Financial Planners to keep service running seamlessly
- Prepare client documentation in advance of and after meetings, maintain client files to compliance standards, and manage follow-up action points
- Liaise with clients on administration queries and keep clients informed of progress in line with business process
- Assist in client meetings when required (witnessing) and ensure service components under client agreements are delivered throughout the year
- Complete Anti Money Laundering checks and ensure meeting packs are prepared and updated (including diary amendments)
- Lead the Annual Strategy Meetings (ASMs) process as Client Services Manager: obtain valuations/policy info, create client packs, and send updates 8 weeks prior to meetings
- Support weekly management information reporting and maintain internal professional logs and back-office systems
