Pembroke Financial Services is expanding our Cobham & Stoke D’Abernon BR Station office (easy Waterloo line commute from Wimbledon). We’re seeking a highly organised Client Support Administrator to provide essential admin support in a busy client-facing environment. This Client Support Administrator (Permanent) role is full-time and fully office-based.

Candidate responsibilities
As a Client Support Administrator, you will support the team and help ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing administrative support to advisers and the wider office team
- Supporting client documentation processes, maintaining accurate records and filing
- Assisting with finance-related administration tasks linked to Financial Advisor and Finance activity
- Answering queries, coordinating requests, and ensuring timely follow-up
- Keeping spreadsheets and databases up to date, with excellent attention to detail
- Supporting the office with general administrative duties in a busy environment
