Description
Service Care Solutions are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a leading independent neurodevelopmental healthcare provider for an experienced ADHD/Autism Team Lead. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced clinician with a strong background in ADHD and/or Autism assessments to combine clinical practice with leadership within a growing, clinician-led multidisciplinary service.
Working remotely, you'll support the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based neurodevelopmental assessments while helping to lead a team committed to achieving the very best outcomes for children, young people and their families. Service Care Solutions is seeking a passionate leader who values clinical excellence, collaboration and continuous service improvement.


Responsibilities

  • Support the day-to-day running of a busy remote clinical team.
  • Provide line management and clinical support to a small group of clinicians and support staff.
  • Deliver high-quality ADHD and Autism diagnostic assessments alongside leadership responsibilities.
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews of diagnostic reports to ensure clinical accuracy and consistency.
  • Support onboarding, supervision and ongoing development of clinicians.
  • Assist with MDT discussions, complex cases and clinical decision making.
  • Liaise with operational teams to ensure efficient clinic delivery and resolve service issues.
  • Identify training needs and contribute to service development and improved clinical processes.
  • Support recruitment activities alongside senior management and HR.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years' registration with HCPC, NMC, GMC or Social Work England.
  • At least 2 years' experience conducting ADHD and/or Autism diagnostic assessments for children and young people.
  • Significant experience within ADHD pathways and strong knowledge of DSM-5 diagnostic criteria.
  • Experience using diagnostic tools such as ADOS-2, ADI-R and other recognised assessment frameworks.
  • Previous experience providing clinical supervision, quality assurance or team leadership.
  • Excellent communication, organisational and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently whilst supporting a collaborative multidisciplinary team.
