Commercial Head Of Department Solicitor

Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and highly regarded law firm in Preston for an experienced Commercial Head of Department to join their growing leadership team.

Location: Preston
Salary: £80,000 – £100,000 per annum DOE
Working Pattern: Hybrid Working Available

Responsibilities as a Commercial Head of Department:

• Lead and manage the Commercial Department, including supervision and mentoring of junior fee earners
• Support business development and networking initiatives
• Assist with department strategy, growth, and performance targets
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and risk management procedures

About you as a Commercial Head of Department:

• Qualified Solicitor with significant experience in Commercial and/or Corporate Law
• Previous experience managing or supervising a legal team
• Strong business development and client management skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
