Service Care Solutions is working with a highly regarded Legal 500 firm. The company is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its well-established Commercial Property team in Lincoln. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious legal professional looking to further develop their expertise within a collaborative and commercially focused environment.
 
Role: Commercial Property Solicitor / Legal Executive
Location: Lincoln – hybrid working
Salary: £55,000 to £75,000 (D.O.E.)
 
Key Responsibilities

• Managing a varied caseload of commercial property matters from start to completion.
• Providing clear, commercially focused advice to a diverse client portfolio.
• Supporting and mentoring junior team members where appropriate.

Candidate Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE in Commercial Property (essential).
• Strong technical expertise and the ability to provide practical, solutions-driven advice.
• A strong commercial capacity with an adept ability for business development.
