Commercial Property Paralegal

Service Care Legal are working with a well-respected law firm is looking to recruit a Commercial Property Paralegal to join its property team, working across both commercial and residential matters. The role offers exposure to a broad mix of work, including developer-led transactions, and provides a clear route towards becoming a fee earner.
 
ROLE:                  Commercial Property Paralegal
LOCATION:          East London
SALARY:              £30,000 – £35,000 DOE
 
Please note that this role would initially be an office-based opportunity.
 
The Role
 
You will support senior lawyers while gaining hands-on experience in:
 

• Drafting commercial property documents (leases, licences, deeds)
• Preparing residential and commercial contracts
• Assisting with development plot sales and issuing legal packs
• Handling pre-contract enquiries and liaising with agents
• Supporting refinancing transactions and related corporate documentation
• Assisting with auction transactions

 
About You
 

• Experience in commercial and/or residential property
• Strong organisational and research skills
• Familiar with legal precedents and case management systems
• Confident managing files and working independently
