Position: Commercial Property Solicitor (2-week contract) – Permanent Employment

Location: Flexible (Hybrid – 2 days WFH possible)

Salary: Competitive, based on experience

Candidate Responsibilities: Commercial Property Solicitor

As a Commercial Property Solicitor, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Managing a caseload of landlord and tenant matters
• Advising clients on property acquisitions, disposals, and lease negotiations
• Drafting and reviewing legal documents related to property transactions
• Providing commercial and strategic legal advice to clients
• Collaborating effectively with colleagues and clients to ensure smooth case progression
• Demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving within the property sector

Candidate Requirements: Commercial Property Solicitor

The ideal candidate for the Commercial Property Solicitor role will have:

• 3 to 6 years PQE (Post-Qualification Experience)
• Solid experience in landlord and tenant matters
• A commercially minded outlook
• Strong legal knowledge within the property sector
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and client management skills
