Commercial Property Solicitor

Service Care Solutions is working with a highly regarded law firm, based in Staffordshire, which is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join its growing team. Role: Commercial Property Solicitor
Location: Staffordshire
Salary: £40,000 to £60,000 DOE
 
Key Responsibilities:

• You will handle a broad range of commercial property matters, including landlord and tenant work, commercial leases and lease negotiations, and general commercial property transactions.
• Work with an existing client base whilst contributing to the business development of new clientele for the department.
• Support more junior members of the team as and when required.

Candidate Requirements:

• A qualified Solicitor in England and Wales (NQ candidates will be considered).
• Solid experience in commercial property work.
• Some exposure to agricultural property matters is desirable but not essential.
