Service Care Solutions are currently working alongside a highly regarded Legal 500 law firm based in Doncaster, who are seeking an experienced and driven Commercial Property Solicitor to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a reputable firm known for delivering high-quality legal services, with the added benefit of flexible hybrid working.

Location: Doncaster/ Hybrid working
Position: Commercial Property Solicitor
PQE: 5 Years
Salary: £43,000 - £70,000 (Dependent on Experience)

Key Responsibilities as a Commercial Property Solicitor:

• Managing a full caseload of commercial property transactions from instruction to completion
• Handling matters including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant work, leases, and development projects
• Drafting and negotiating contracts, leases, and other legal documentation

About you as a Commercial Property Solicitor:

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with at least 5 year PQE in commercial property law
• Proven ability to manage a varied and busy caseload independently
• Strong technical knowledge of commercial property transactions
