Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and highly regarded law firm for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join their expanding Property team on a permanent basis.

Location: Doncaster or Sheffield (Hybrid Working)
Salary: £60,000 per annum (DOE)
Job Type: Permanent | Full-Time

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor with at least 5 years' PQE to join a successful and growing firm with a strong reputation across South Yorkshire. The firm offers flexibility on office location, allowing the successful candidate to be based in either their Doncaster or Sheffield office, alongside hybrid working.

As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters while providing expert legal advice to a broad range of clients, including developers, investors, landlords, tenants and businesses.

Responsibilities as a Commercial Property Solicitor:

• Managing a varied caseload of commercial property transactions from instruction through to completion.
• Advising clients on acquisitions, disposals and refinancing of commercial property.
• Drafting and negotiating leases, licences to occupy and landlord & tenant documentation.
• Handling development work, option agreements, overage agreements and secured lending matters.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships while delivering an excellent standard of legal advice.

About you as a Commercial Property Solicitor:

• Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years' PQE in Commercial Property.
• Strong technical knowledge across a broad range of commercial property matters.
• Ability to manage a busy caseload independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication, client care and business development skills.
• A proactive and commercially minded approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
