About the Role: Commercial Real Estate Associate

As a Commercial Real Estate Associate, you will manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters from initial instruction to completion. You will advise clients on key areas including acquisitions, disposals, development projects, leasing agreements, estate management, and property finance. Working alongside experienced partners, clients, and junior team members, you will play a crucial role in transactional processes to deliver exceptional service. The role is based in Central London, offering an exciting opportunity for a driven professional to grow within a reputable firm.

Candidate Responsibilities for the Commercial Real Estate Associate

• Manage diverse commercial real estate transactions from instruction to completion
• Advise clients on acquisitions, disposals, development, leasing, estate management, and property finance
• Develop strong working relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams
• Support junior colleagues and contribute to a collaborative team environment
• Ensure all transactions are handled efficiently and in accordance with legal standards
• Keep abreast of relevant legal updates and industry best practices

Candidate Requirements for the Commercial Real Estate Associate

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 4 to 6 years’ PQE in commercial real estate
• Strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness
• Excellent communication, client management, and organisational skills
• Proactive, team-oriented, with the ability to support and supervise junior colleagues
• A modest client following would be advantageous but not essential

Benefits & Salary

• Salary range of £70,000 to £85,000 per annum, depending on experience
