Commercial Real Estate Associate

Service Care Legal working with a leading Central London law firm is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Associate (4–6 years’ PQE) to join its established property team. The role offers excellent client exposure and the opportunity to take ownership of transactions within a collaborative and supportive environment.

ROLE:                  Commercial Real Estate
PQE:                     4 to 6 years’
LOCATION:         Central London
SALARY:              £70,000 to £85,000 per annum
 
The Role
 

• Manage a varied commercial real estate caseload from instruction through to completion.
• Advise clients on acquisitions, disposals, development, leasing, estate management, and property finance matters.
• Work closely with partners, clients, and junior team members on transactional matters.

The Person
 

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 4–6 years’ PQE in commercial real estate.
• Strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness.
• Excellent communication, client management, and organisational skills.
• A proactive and team-oriented approach, with the ability to support and supervise junior colleagues.
• A modest client following would be advantageous, but is not essential.
