About the Role: Commercial Surveyor

As a Commercial Surveyor, your primary responsibility will be to provide expert support for the SH Keyworker, Student, and Specialist Property portfolio. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of surveying services. Candidate Responsibilities:

As the Commercial Surveyor, your main duties will include:

• Conducting detailed surveys and assessments of commercial properties
• Supporting property valuations, inspections, and negotiations
• Assisting with lease renewals, rent reviews, and lease forfeiture processes
• Ensuring compliance with relevant property regulations and standards
• Collaborating with internal teams and external clients to deliver high-quality service
• Maintaining accurate documentation of all surveys and reports
• Supporting the SH Keyworker, Student, and Specialist Property portfolio with tailored surveying solutions

Skills & Experience Required:

• Proven experience as a Commercial Surveyor
• Strong knowledge of commercial property regulations and standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant professional qualifications in surveying or property management

Contract & Pay Rate:

• Contract length: 2 weeks
• Salary or pay rate: Competitive daily rates to be discussed at interview
