PAY RATE: £16 – £17 per hour (Ltd)

Are you searching for Community Keyworker jobs in Thames Valley? Service Care Solutions is recruiting on behalf of a women's criminal justice service operating across Thames Valley for an experienced Community Keyworker to join the team.
This is a rewarding role for someone passionate about supporting women involved in the criminal justice system. You'll provide holistic, one to one support and advocacy to women on probation in the community and those being released from prison, working across the 9 pathways to offending to help reduce reoffending and empower women to live safe, independent lives.

You'll be co-located within probation offices across your allocated boroughs, working closely alongside National Probation Service (NPS) staff and building strong local partnership networks.

Community Keyworker Responsibilities

• In-reach prison support and gate release for women leaving custody
• Holistic needs assessments and individual support planning across all 9 pathways
• Outreach support and advocacy for women in the community with complex needs
• Attending probation offices and building relationships with NPS staff
• Advocating with external agencies including housing, social services, and MARAC

Community Keyworker Requirements

• Significant experience working with women with complex needs in a criminal justice, substance misuse, domestic abuse, mental health, or related setting
• Experience of needs and risk assessments and risk management
• Strong crisis management skills and the ability to manage a varied caseload
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload remotely
