- Contract Length: Initially 3 months, with potential for extension
- Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm
- Location: Community-based role across multiple sites
- Deliver high-quality nursing care in the community
- Conduct patient assessments and develop care plans
- Administer medication and treatments as prescribed
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
- Previous experience in community nursing
- NMC registration
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Dedicated one-to-one support throughout your placement
