Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and risk evaluations
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs
- Administer medication and monitor treatment effectiveness
- Provide crisis intervention and support during acute episodes
- Liaise with families, carers, and external agencies to coordinate care
- Maintain accurate clinical records in line with NHS standards
- Participate in team meetings, supervision, and service development initiatives
- Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with valid NMC registration
- Previous experience working in a community mental health setting
- Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Knowledge of safeguarding procedures and mental health legislation
