Community Psychiatric Nurse

Community Psychiatric Nurse – Adult Team – NHS – Oxford/Banbury

Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting for a Community Psychiatric Nurse to join the Adult Mental Health Team within the NHS, covering Oxford and Banbury.

• Contract Length: Initially 3 months, with potential for extension
• Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm
• Location: Community-based role across Oxford and Banbury

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide mental health support to adults in the community
• Conduct assessments and develop care plans
• Administer medication and monitor patient progress
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and external agencies

Requirements:

• Experience in adult community mental health nursing
• NMC registration
• Strong clinical, communication, and organisational skills
