Community psychiatric nurse

Community Psychiatric Nurse (CPN) – Hull NHS  Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting for a Community Psychiatric Nurse to join an NHS team based in Hull. This is a full-time role, working Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, offering a competitive rate and the opportunity to make a real impact in mental health services.

Pay Details

• £26/hour (Umbrella)
• £20.68/hour (PAYE, excluding holiday pay)

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and risk evaluations
• Develop, implement, and review care plans tailored to individual needs
• Provide crisis intervention and support to service users and their families
• Administer medication and monitor treatment adherence
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including social workers, GPs, and support staff
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation
• Support discharge planning and community reintegration

Requirements

• NMC registration as a Mental Health Nurse (RMN)
• Previous experience working in community mental health settings
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a caseload
