Job Title: Compliance & Safety Lead (PAWS)

We are seeking an experienced Compliance & Safety Lead (PAWS) for a short-term 2-week contract to support a fast-paced operational environment. This role is ideal for a Construction Compliance Manager or Building Safety Manager who can quickly assess compliance, reinforce safety processes, and ensure PAWS-related requirements are met to a high standard.

Candidate Responsibilities

As Compliance & Safety Lead (PAWS), you will be responsible for:

• Conducting site and documentation reviews to ensure obligations are met (PAWS focus)
• Ensuring all safety and compliance actions are recorded, tracked, and closed out
• Liaising with stakeholders to improve compliance awareness and practical implementation
• Reviewing policies, processes, and evidence packs against required standards
• Escalating risks promptly and recommending corrective actions
• Supporting effective communication of compliance expectations across teams
