Compliance Tenant Liaison Officer
📍 Coventry / Birmingham / Worcester (Field Based)
💰 £18.15 LTD per hour (£15.84 PAYE Inclusive)
🕒 37 Hours Per Week | Monday-Friday
📅 12 Week Contract (Potential for Extension)
We are currently recruiting for a Compliance Tenant Liaison Officer to join a well-established social housing provider across the West Midlands.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong customer service and communication skills who enjoys working directly with residents and making a real difference within local communities.
The Role
You will act as the key link between residents, contractors, and internal teams, helping to ensure access is gained for essential compliance inspections and safety improvement works.
Key responsibilities include:
• Supporting residents and contractors to arrange access for compliance inspections and planned works
• Building positive relationships with customers through face-to-face visits and telephone contact
• Managing customer enquiries and complaints, ensuring issues are resolved effectively
• Supporting communications around compliance and building safety programmes
• Working collaboratively with operational teams to improve customer engagement and access rates
• Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
• Identifying barriers to access and implementing practical solutions
About You
We are looking for candidates who have:
• Experience in a customer-facing role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong telephone and face-to-face customer service experience
• Good administrative and data entry skills
• A full UK driving licence and access to their own vehicle
• The ability to travel daily across Birmingham, Coventry and Worcester
Desirable:
• Experience within social housing
• Knowledge of compliance, repairs, or building safety programmes
