The role is offered on a 2-week contract basis, with potential for extension, and comes with a pay rate of £15.00 per hour.

About the Role: Contracts Administrator

As a Contracts Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the Contract Officer to ensure the smooth operation of contract delivery. Your responsibilities will include supporting administration for Planned Works and Servicing Contracts, maintaining accurate records, and communicating effectively with residents, contractors, and internal teams. Working on a hybrid basis from Sevenoaks, this role offers flexibility along with valuable experience in contract administration.

Candidate Responsibilities as Contracts Administrator:

  • Assist the Contract Officer with administration of Planned Works and Servicing Contracts.
  • Take accurate meeting minutes and distribute them promptly.
  • Raise, amend, and close work orders efficiently.
  • Communicate clearly with residents, contractors, and colleagues.
  • Monitor tasks within the CX system to ensure timely completion.
  • Upload evidence and documentation to Sharehouse, maintaining accurate records.
  • Provide general administrative support to the team as needed.

Candidate Requirements for the Contracts Administrator Role:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
  • Experience with databases and record management.
