We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Contracts Administrator to support the Contract Officer in delivering Planned Works and Servicing Contracts. Key Responsibilities
As Contracts Administrator, you will provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth delivery of Planned Works and Servicing Contracts. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the Contract Officer with the administration of Planned Works and Servicing Contracts.
- Taking accurate meeting minutes and distributing them as required.
- Raising, amending and closing work orders.
- Communicating effectively with residents, contractors and colleagues across the wider business.
- Monitoring tasks within the CX system to ensure actions are completed within agreed timescales.
- Uploading evidence and documentation to Sharehouse, ensuring records are accurate and up to date.
- Providing general administrative support to the team as required.
We're looking for someone who is organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities effectively. You will have:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Good judgement with the ability to prioritise workloads effectively.
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams).
- Experience working with databases and maintaining accurate records.
- A professional and customer-focused approach with the ability to build positive working relationships.
