Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing law firm based in Leeds for a Junior Conveyancer to join their busy Residential Property team.

Location: Leeds
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum DOE

Responsibilities as a Junior Conveyancer:

• Assist with managing a caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion.
• Handle matters including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and leasehold transactions under supervision where required.
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and solicitors to ensure transactions progress efficiently.

About you as a Junior Conveyancer:

• Previous experience within Residential Conveyancing is essential.
• Suitable for a Conveyancing Assistant, Paralegal, or Junior Fee Earner looking to progress their career.
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication skills with a professional and client-focused approach.
