Service Care Solutions is delighted to be working in partnership with a well-established and highly regarded law firm, based in Birmingham, which is looking to recruit an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner to join its busy and successful Residential Property team.
Role: Conveyancing Fee Earner
Location: Birmingham
Salary: £45,000 to £55,000
The Role:
You will manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, providing a high-quality service to a broad range of clients.
We also welcome referrals for this position, where a successful recommendation would be worth £200.

The Role:
You will manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, providing a high-quality service to a broad range of clients.
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
- Transfers of equity.
- New build transactions.
- Shared ownership matters.
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and third parties throughout the transaction.
- Previous experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently.
- Excellent knowledge of the conveyancing process from instruction to completion.
- Applications are welcomed from Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers, Chartered Legal Executives, Conveyancing Executives, or experienced non-qualified Fee Earners with the relevant residential conveyancing experience.
