About the Role:

The Corporate and Commercial Lawyer will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload, including but not limited to solvent restructuring, shareholders' agreements, commercial contracts, terms and conditions, joint ventures, partnership agreements, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate finance. Working within this role, you will be expected to provide expert legal advice, draft and review legal documents, and negotiate on behalf of clients across various sectors.

Candidate Responsibilities:

• Manage and advise on a wide range of corporate and commercial legal matters
• Conduct due diligence, negotiations, and drafting of legal agreements
• Support clients through mergers, acquisitions, restructuring, and joint ventures
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulatory requirements
• Work effectively under pressure, with minimal supervision, delivering high-quality work
• Collaborate with colleagues and clients to ensure smooth transaction processes

Candidate Requirements:

• Strong legal background with experience in corporate law
• Knowledge of corporate restructuring, finance, and law (legal, commercial, corporate tax)
• Proven ability to handle complex transactions and high-pressure situations
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and drafting skills
• Ambitious, commercially minded, and proactive attitude
