This is a hybrid role offering flexibility with up to 2 days working from home. Job Title: Criminal Justice IDVA - Hammersmith
Location: Hammersmith (Hybrid: On-site & Remote up to 2 days per week)
Contract Duration: 2 weeks (Immediate start)
Hourly Rate: £20
Working Hours: Full-time (Monday to Friday)

Candidate Responsibilities as a Criminal Justice IDVA:
- Provide specialist support to victims of violence against women and girls within the criminal justice system
- Offer emotional support, safety planning, and advocacy during legal proceedings
- Liaise with police, legal teams, and other agencies to facilitate victim involvement and safety
- Complete detailed case documentation and maintain accurate records
- Work collaboratively with a dedicated team to ensure victim-centered approach
- Uphold confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Ideal Candidate for the Criminal Justice IDVA role:
- Proven experience as an IDVA or in a relevant role within the Violence Against Women & Girls sector
- Strong communication, advocacy, and emotional resilience
- Knowledge of criminal justice procedures and safeguarding protocols
- Ability to work efficiently in a hybrid environment
- Fully compliant with all mandatory checks
