Job Title: Criminal Justice IDVA - Hammersmith

Location: Hammersmith (Hybrid: On-site & Remote up to 2 days per week)

Contract Duration: 2 weeks (Immediate start)

Hourly Rate: £20

Working Hours: Full-time (Monday to Friday)

Candidate Responsibilities as a Criminal Justice IDVA:

• Provide specialist support to victims of violence against women and girls within the criminal justice system
• Offer emotional support, safety planning, and advocacy during legal proceedings
• Liaise with police, legal teams, and other agencies to facilitate victim involvement and safety
• Complete detailed case documentation and maintain accurate records
• Work collaboratively with a dedicated team to ensure victim-centered approach
• Uphold confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Ideal Candidate for the Criminal Justice IDVA role:

• Proven experience as an IDVA or in a relevant role within the Violence Against Women & Girls sector
• Strong communication, advocacy, and emotional resilience
• Knowledge of criminal justice procedures and safeguarding protocols
• Ability to work efficiently in a hybrid environment
• Fully compliant with all mandatory checks
