Customer Contact Advisor – Contract Opportunity (2 Weeks)

If so, this is an exciting opportunity to join a dedicated team as a Customer Contact Advisor based at our Shaw Lane Commercial Unit in Doncaster.
About the role – Customer Contact Advisor
As a Customer Contact Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing essential support across a wide range of housing services. This role offers a fantastic chance to utilise your customer service skills in a dynamic, supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities – Customer Contact Advisor
- Handle incoming calls and customer enquiries related to housing, rent, and payments.
- Support customers with rent enquiries, payments, and account questions.
- Assist customers with Home Choice enquiries and housing applications.
- Provide clear, professional advice and guidance to resolve enquiries efficiently.
- Record all interactions accurately across multiple IT systems.
- Respond professionally to emails and written correspondence.
- Work towards resolving enquiries at the first point of contact.
- Support customers in accessing online services and digital channels.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met.
- As your knowledge develops, assist with repairs enquiries following training.
Candidate Requirements – Customer Contact Advisor
- Previous experience in a call centre, contact centre, or customer service environment.
- Ability to manage a high volume of calls in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Calm, professional, and helpful approach when dealing with challenging enquiries.
- Strong IT skills and confidence in learning multiple systems.
- Good attention to detail and accurate record keeping.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes.
- Housing experience is beneficial but not essential.

Contract Details
- Duration: 2 weeks (initially), with a minimum of 6 months
- Location: Shaw Lane – Commercial Unit, Doncaster
- Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm
- Working Pattern: Office-based (full-time, part-time considered)
- Temp-to-Perm opportunity for the right candidate
