Job Title: CWD Social Worker

Contract Duration: 3 months
Employment Type: Contract
Location: Our client
Rate: £39.04 umbrella an hour (£30.61 PAYE exclusive of holiday pay)

Candidate Responsibilities:

The CWD Social Worker will be responsible for providing effective social work support and interventions. Key duties include:

• Conducting thorough social assessments and case planning
• Supporting clients to meet their needs through tailored intervention strategies
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support
• Maintaining accurate documentation and case records
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and policies
• Engaging with clients empathetically and professionally to foster positive outcomes
• Participating in team meetings and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives

Candidate Requirements:

To be successful as a CWD Social Worker, you should possess:

• Proven experience in social work or a related field
• Relevant qualification in social work (e.g., Degree or Diploma)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of safeguarding procedures and compliance standards
• Flexibility to work on a short-term contract basis

Salary/Pay Rate:
