Join a Leading Social Housing Maintenance Team

Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced Decorator to join a well-established social housing maintenance contractor covering Bracknell and surrounding areas.

This is an excellent opportunity to secure long-term employment with the opportunity to become a permanent member of staff following a successful 12-week temporary period.

Key Responsibilities
Carry out internal and external decorating works within occupied and void social housing properties.
Prepare surfaces including filling, sanding, stripping and priming.
Apply paint, wallpaper and decorative finishes to a high standard.
Complete repairs to walls, ceilings and woodwork prior to decorating.
Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently and to company standards.
Maintain accurate job records using handheld devices.
Deliver excellent customer service when working within tenants' homes.
Maintain company vehicle, tools and equipment.

Requirements
Proven experience as a Decorator within social housing or property maintenance.
Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
Excellent attention to detail and high-quality workmanship.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Full UK Driving Licence.

Up to £34,598.26 per annum
Company van provided
