This role offers the opportunity to work on end-to-end digital content journeys, ensuring users find the right information at the right time.

About the Role: Digital Content Designer

The Digital Content Designer will be responsible for developing, updating, and reviewing content across various digital and offline channels. Working closely with user researchers, service designers, and interaction designers, you will craft content that enhances user experience and facilitates goal completion. This role is ideal for someone who can translate research insights and data into compelling, accessible content that meets user needs and accessibility standards.

Candidate Responsibilities:

• Work on individual pieces of content or entire end-to-end user journeys to improve clarity and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including user researchers and service designers, to understand user needs.
• Use evidence, data, and research to make informed content decisions.
• Create, evaluate, update, and review content throughout the user journey.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to influence content strategy and ensure consistency.
• Contribute to and follow style guides and content patterns.
• Design content that is accessible and works with assistive technologies.
• Visualise content using different prototyping techniques to test and refine ideas.
• Identify key insights from user research and data to improve content strategies.
• Write, edit, and publish digital content that simplifies complex language and processes.
