6 Month Interim Contract
£950 to £1250 per day

We are seeking an experienced and strategic housing leader for an exciting interim opportunity as Director of Tenant Services with a respected housing organisation.
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will lead landlord and tenant-facing services, shaping strategy, driving service excellence, and ensuring strong regulatory compliance across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership across housing operations and tenant services
• Lead service improvement, transformation, and cultural change
• Maintain high standards of compliance, governance, and risk management
• Oversee customer experience, tenant engagement, rents, income, and service charges
• Deliver assurance and insight to the Executive Team and Board
• Develop high-performing leadership teams focused on accountability and outcomes

About You

• Proven senior leadership experience within housing or a regulated customer-facing environment
• Strong understanding of consumer standards, housing regulation, and Ombudsman expectations
• Track record of leading transformation while maintaining operational performance
• Commercially aware with experience managing budgets and delivering value for money
• Credible communicator with Board and stakeholder engagement experience
