Dispute Resolution Solicitor

A well-established East London law firm is looking to recruit a Senior Litigation Solicitor to head up a small team within its dispute resolution department.
 
ROLE:                  Senior Litigation Solicitor
SALARY:              £70,000 to £80,000 per annum
LOCATION:          East London
PQE:                     5 to 10 years

The successful candidate will manage a broad caseload covering a mix of civil and commercial disputes, including shareholder/company matters, property-related disputes, professional negligence claims, breach of contract matters, insolvency issues, and contentious probate/inheritance claims. The firm acts for a diverse client base including private individuals, SMEs, property investors and developers, educational organisations, and professionals across the construction and property sectors.
 
Requirements:
 

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
• 5–10 years’ PQE in litigation/dispute resolution
• Strong experience handling matters independently from initial instruction through to settlement or trial
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience
• Strong client relationship, negotiation, and drafting skills
• Commercially minded with an interest in helping grow the department
