We are currently recruiting for a Dynamics 365 and Application Technical Lead to oversee and enhance enterprise applications for a forward-thinking organisation. Location: Long Stratton, Norfolk NR15 (Remote considered)

Candidate Responsibilities as a Dynamics 365 and Application Technical Lead

In your role as the Dynamics 365 and Application Technical Lead, you'll be responsible for:

  • Leading the development, configuration, and enhancement of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and Finance & Operations (F&O)
  • Designing and implementing Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps and Power Automate
  • Managing integrations between Dynamics 365 and other critical applications
  • Supporting and maintaining enterprise systems such as DRS, PeopleHR, and Microsoft 365
  • Overseeing application environments, deployments, and release management
  • Creating comprehensive technical documentation, test plans, and user training materials
  • Ensuring application security, permissions, and identity access management align with best practices
  • Conducting root cause analysis and driving continuous service improvement initiatives
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to develop solutions that meet operational needs
  • Participating in Change Advisory Board (CAB) activities and supporting business transformation projects

Candidate Requirements — Skills & Experience

  • Extensive experience in administering, configuring, and developing Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Deep knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE and F&O modules
  • Proven experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Power Apps, and Power Automate
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps and Dynamics deployment processes
  • Support experience with Microsoft 365 and other enterprise applications
  • Strong understanding of application security, IAM, and GDPR principles
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience working within Agile project environments
