Educational Psychologist – Statutory Assessments (Interim)

We are seeking experienced Educational Psychologists to support with the completion of statutory EP assessments on an interim basis within a local authority setting.

This is a time-sensitive assignment supporting statutory reporting requirements, with work allocated on an ongoing basis.

Location

Hybrid / Remote options available (face-to-face assessments preferred where possible). Fully remote candidates may be considered, subject to adjusted rate.

Contract

Interim assignment
Immediate availability required for allocation

Pay

£1,300 per assessment (based on approximately 2 days’ work per assessment) (£930–£1,000 PAYE per assessment)
Rate may vary for fully remote candidates

Key Requirements

• HCPC registered Educational Psychologist (essential)
• Minimum 3 years’ local authority experience (non-negotiable)
• Experience completing statutory EP assessments and reports
• Ability to work within tight statutory deadlines
• Availability to take on allocated assessments immediately
• Must be able to confirm capacity (days per week/month available)

Additional Information

• Inside IR35
• Face-to-face assessments preferred, though hybrid/remote options will be considered
• Candidates must already be compliant and ready for immediate allocation
• All CVs must be accompanied by anonymised example reports (CVs without reports will not be considered)
