About the role
We are seeking an experienced EHCNA Team Manager to join a dedicated team on a short-term contract for 2 weeks. This role is ideal for a candidate with strong leadership capability and a solid understanding of Special Educational Needs processes, ensuring high-quality support and efficient case management.
Candidate responsibilities
As an EHCNA Team Manager, you will be expected to:
- Lead day-to-day oversight of EHCNA-related activity, ensuring timely progress against required standards
- Coordinate and manage teams working with Special Educational Needs cases, prioritising workflows and resolving blockers
- Support service delivery by monitoring compliance, documentation quality, and communication with stakeholders
- Provide structured guidance to staff and help maintain clear and accurate case records
- Work proactively to improve efficiency during the 2-week contract period, including escalation where needed
