Electrician (Contract) – London | £24.00 per hour | 2 Weeks

Service Care Solutions is currently recruiting for multiple Electricians to join an expanding electrical maintenance team operating across Greater London. We have 4 Electrician positions available immediately, with opportunities covering various London patches. This contract is ideal if you’re an experienced Electrician looking for short-term work with a clear structure and consistent hours.

Candidate Responsibilities

As an Electrician, you will be responsible for carrying out a mixture of planned and reactive electrical maintenance works within residential properties, including both void and occupied tenanted homes:

• Complete electrical repairs, maintenance, testing, and installation works
• Carry out fault finding and diagnostic work within domestic settings
• Work across both void and tenanted properties
• Ensure all works comply with current electrical regulations (including 18th Edition)
• Maintain accurate records and job documentation
• Provide excellent customer service when attending occupied homes
• Follow Health & Safety procedures at all times

Requirements

To be considered for the Electrician role, you must have:

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
• Testing & Inspection qualification desirable
• Previous domestic maintenance/social housing/property maintenance experience
• Full UK driving licence
