Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting for multiple Electricians to join a growing electrical maintenance team operating across the whole of London.

We currently have 4 positions available immediately, with opportunities covering various London patches, making this an excellent opportunity for candidates located anywhere within Greater London.

We have roles available working on both void and tenanted properties. Successful candidates will carry out a mixture of planned and reactive electrical maintenance works within residential properties. Electricians working on the tenanted side will be responsible for managing works within occupied homes and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out electrical repairs, maintenance, testing, and installation works.
• Complete fault finding and diagnostic work within residential properties.
• Work across both void and occupied tenanted properties.
• Ensure all works are completed in line with current electrical regulations.
• Maintain accurate records and job documentation.
• Deliver excellent customer service when working within occupied homes.
• Adhere to Health & Safety procedures at all times.

Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent.
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
• Testing & Inspection qualification desirable.
• Previous experience within domestic maintenance, social housing, or property maintenance environments.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
