Employment Law Solicitor

Service Care Solutions is working with a respected regional law firm, with a strong presence across Dorset and Somerset, which is seeking an experienced Employment Law Solicitor (5 years’ PQE) to join its growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven legal professional looking to take the next step in their career with a clear pathway to Partnership.
 
Role: Employment Solicitor
Salary: £50,000 to £70,000
Location: Dorset and Somerset
 
Key Requirements:

• Handle a varied caseload of standard and complex employment law work from start to completion.
• Supporting corporate transactions with employment law input, including due diligence and TUPE matters.
• Delivering employment law training to clients.
• Conduct business development on behalf of the team.

Key Requirements:

• A qualified solicitor with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE in Employment Law.
• Excellent drafting and advisory skills across a wide range of employment matters.
• Experience handling contentious and non-contentious work.
• The ability (or desire) to supervise and mentor junior lawyers and support staff.
