Employment Solicitor

Service Care Solutions is delighted to be working in partnership with a highly regarded, Legal 500 and Chambers-recognised law firm, based in Leicestershire, which is looking to recruit an Employment Solicitor into their growing team.
 
Role: Employment Solicitor (2–3 years of PQE)
Location: Leicestershire
Salary: £45,000 to £55,000
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Advising a commercial client base on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment law and HR matters.
• Handle your own employment law caseload from start to completion.
• Handling issues such as redundancy, TUPE, employment contracts, policies and procedures, grievances, and tribunal claims.
• Supporting the Head of Employment Law & HR.

Key Requirements:

• Qualified Employment Solicitor with approximately 2–3 years’ PQE And experience managing a respondent caseload.
• Ability to provide commercially focused advice.
• A proactive team player with a genuine interest in contributing to the growth of the department.
