Candidate Responsibilities for the Experienced Social Worker (Children's):

• Conduct thorough assessments of children and families

• Maintain accurate and detailed case records
• Work within statutory guidelines and organisational policies

Candidate Skills & Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Social Worker in a children’s services setting
• Knowledge of child protection, children in need, and care proceedings
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong assessment and report-writing skills
• Valid registration with Social Work England or relevant governing body
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
