Candidate Responsibilities as an Experienced Social Worker (Children's):

• Manage and support a caseload of children and families, ensuring safety and wellbeing
• Carry out thorough assessments related to children's needs

• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including education, health, and legal professionals

Candidate Requirements for the Experienced Social Worker (Children's):

• Proven experience working as a Social Worker within children's services

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage a demanding caseload efficiently
