This role is offering a pay rate of £28.86ph and will be a fully office based position.

About the Role: Family Help Deputy Manager

As a Family Help Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in the delivery of family support services, supervising frontline staff, and ensuring that service users receive high-quality care. 

Candidate Responsibilities:

• Support the delivery of family support programmes aligned with organisational standards
• Supervise and guide Family Support Workers to ensure consistent service delivery
• Conduct assessments of family needs and develop tailored support plans
• Monitor case progress and ensure timely updates and documentation
• Collaborate with external agencies and social services to coordinate support
• Assist in maintaining compliance with all relevant policies and procedures
• Promote a safe, nurturing environment for service users
• Contribute to team meetings and ongoing training initiatives

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience working as a Family Support Worker or in a similar family support role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
• Relevant experience in managing or supervising staff (preferred)
• Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures
