About the Role: Family Law Paralegal

As a Family Law Paralegal, your primary responsibility will be to provide essential support to solicitors and legal teams handling family law cases. You will be involved in managing caseloads, preparing legal documentation, conducting research, and assisting with court proceedings. This position offers the chance to further your skills in family law and gain valuable experience within a professional legal environment.

Candidate Responsibilities

• Draft and review legal documents related to family law cases
• Support solicitors in managing client files and case progress
• Conduct legal research and prepare case summaries
• Assist in preparing for court proceedings and hearings
• Liaise with clients, courts, and external parties
• Ensure compliance with legal standards and procedures
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience as a Family Law Paralegal or similar legal role
• Strong understanding of family law processes and procedures
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Legal qualifications or relevant certifications are desirable
