Our client is seeking a dedicated Family Law Solicitor to join their growing team on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Family Law Solicitor who wants to deliver confident, compassionate legal support to individuals and families while working within a well-structured, client-focused practice.

Pay / Rate

• Salary available on application, with an additional £250 Training Allowance to support your ongoing professional development.

Candidate Responsibilities

As a Family Law Solicitor, you will handle a varied caseload and provide high-quality legal advice with excellent client care. Key responsibilities include:

• Advising clients on family law matters including separation/divorce, child arrangements, and financial disputes
• Managing case files from instruction through to resolution in line with legal and regulatory requirements
• Drafting and reviewing legal documents, correspondence, and court paperwork
• Representing clients effectively and ensuring case timelines are met
• Maintaining accurate records and supporting compliance processes, including Free Compliance Checks
• Working collaboratively with colleagues and keeping clients updated throughout each stage of their case
