Family Law Solicitor

Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and highly regarded law firm based in Liverpool for an Family Law Solicitor to join their growing team. The firm is open to receiving CVs from Newly Qualified our client up to 8 years’ PQE, making this an ideal opportunity for candidates at various stages of their career.

Family Law Solicitor
Location: Liverpool
Salary: £35,000 – £75,000 per annum DOE
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of family law matters and provide high-quality legal advice to clients across a range of sensitive and complex issues.

Key Responsibilities as a Family Law Solicitor:

• Manage a caseload of private family law matters from instruction through to completion
• Advise clients on divorce, financial remedy, child arrangement matters, and separation disputes
• Conduct advocacy where appropriate or instruct Counsel when required
• Draft legal documentation, witness statements, and court applications
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent client care

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with NQ to 8 years’ PQE in Family Law
• Strong technical knowledge of family law and court procedures
• Excellent communication and client management skills
• Ability to manage a caseload independently (level dependent on PQE)
