Job Title: Family Law Solicitor
Employment Type: Permanent
Contract Length: 2 weeks (initially)

Candidate Responsibilities – Family Law Solicitor:

• Manage a varied caseload of family law matters, including divorce, child arrangements, and financial settlements
• Provide expert legal advice and support to clients throughout their cases
• Draft legal documents, agreements, and court applications
• Negotiate settlements and advocate in court proceedings when necessary
• Maintain accurate case records and ensure compliance with legal standards
• Collaborate with colleagues and external stakeholders to achieve the best outcomes for clients

Candidate Skills & Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Family Law Solicitor or Legal Executive
• Knowledge of current family law legislation and procedures
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple cases efficiently and with attention to detail
• Qualified solicitor or legal executive with relevant legal qualifications
