Family Law Solicitor

Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and highly respected law firm in Blackburn for a Family Law Solicitor to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with between 2-6 years PQE to develop their career within a supportive and forward-thinking firm that offers high-quality work, genuine progression opportunities, and an excellent work-life balance.

Location:  Blackburn | Hybrid Working
Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 per annum DOE
PQE: 3-6 years PQE is a MUST
 
Responsibilities as a Family Law Solicitor:

• Manage a varied caseload of private family law matters from instruction through to conclusion.
• Advise clients on divorce, separation, financial remedy proceedings, and cohabitation disputes.
• Handle children matters, including child arrangement orders, parental responsibility disputes, and specific issue applications.
• Draft legal documentation including court applications, consent orders, separation agreements, and financial settlements.
• Represent clients at hearings, mediations, and negotiations where required.

About You as a Family Law Solicitor:

• Qualified Solicitor with between 3-6 years PQE in Family Law.
• Experience handling a broad caseload of private family law matters.
• Strong technical knowledge of family law legislation and procedures.
