Family Law Solicitor

Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and highly regarded law firm based in Liverpool for an Family Law Solicitor to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated legal professional looking to progress their career within a supportive and forward-thinking practice.

The firm is open to receiving CVs from Newly Qualified Solicitors up to 8 years’ PQE, making this an ideal opportunity for candidates at various stages of their career.

Family Law Solicitor
Location: Liverpool
Salary: £35,000 – £75,000 per annum DOE
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of family law matters and provide high-quality legal advice to clients across a range of sensitive and complex issues.

Key Responsibilities as a Family Law Solicitor:

• Manage a caseload of private family law matters from instruction through to completion
• Advise clients on divorce, financial remedy, child arrangement matters, and separation disputes
• Conduct advocacy where appropriate or instruct Counsel when required
• Draft legal documentation, witness statements, and court applications
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent client care

About you as a Family Law Solicitor:

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with NQ to 8 years’ PQE in Family Law
• Strong technical knowledge of family law and court procedures
• Excellent communication and client management skills
• Ability to manage a caseload independently (level dependent on PQE)
